To serve as Malaysia's strategic industry institution for the iron, steel and related metal sector by providing evidence-based policy support, industry intelligence, technical coordination, standards and technology development, stakeholder engagement, human-capital development, sustainability support and trusted implementation services that strengthen national competitiveness, resilience and long-term industrial development.
